Maintenance and Cleaning
- Remove the battery from the power tool before carrying out work on the power tool (e.g. maintenance, changing tool, etc.). The battery should also be removed for transport and storage. There is risk of injury from unintentionally pressing the on switch.
- To ensure safe and efficient operation, always keep the power tool and the ventilation slots clean.
To ensure that the power tool is operating safely for as long as possible, the power tool requires maintenance after 40000 work cycles, or after 2 years at the latest. Once 40000 work cycles have been exceeded, the status indicator (4) will light up yellow continuously.
Send the power tool to an authorised Bosch after-sales service centre for maintenance.
Note: If the maintenance interval is not observed, the warranty will be void.
