Charging the battery
- For charging, use the recommended USB power supply unit or a power supply unit with 5 V and at least 1.0 A. Observe the operating manual of the USB power supply unit.

- Pay attention to the mains voltage. The voltage of the power source must match the voltage specified on the type plate of the power supply.
Note: Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries are supplied partially charged according to international transport regulations. To ensure full rechargeable battery capacity, fully charge the rechargeable battery before using your tool for the first time.
- Use a USB cable to connect the power tool to the power supply.
- Plug the power supply into a plug socket.
The charging process will begin. The battery charge indicator lights up green. When the battery is fully charged, the battery charge indicator goes out.
If you are not planning to use the power tool again soon, disconnect it from the power supply.
The power tool must not be used during the charging process.
During the charging process, the handle of the power tool will become warm. This is normal.
If you are not planning to use the power tool again soon, disconnect the charger from the mains.
The power tool cannot be used during the charging process. It is not defective if it does not work during the charging process.
